NOS Shell Ignition Parts #6-430 48621 Distributor Rotor

Spare part from the Shell Ignition Parts brand, from old stock. The numbers in the product name are the manufacturer’s part numbers. Before ordering, please compare the number with your original part or your parts list.

The distributor rotor sits on top of the distributor shaft and passes the high voltage from the centre contact of the distributor cap to the spark plug lead of each cylinder in turn. A burnt or cracked rotor causes misfiring and poor starting.

We recommend replacing the rotor and distributor cap together.

NOS – New Old Stock: unused original parts from old inventory. The parts have never been fitted; packaging may show signs of storage due to age.
