The ignition distributor is defective and sold as a defective spare part donor. Signs of wear and other age-related conditions are possible. Without distributor cap, distributor rotor, and dust cover.

Full restoration (Please note that the ignition distributor will only be rebuilt once you place an order – duration approx. 10-20 business days)

Refurbished Bosch ignition distributor from Radspieler Classic GmbH. Test bench-tested and fully overhauled according to factory specifications. This distributor meets all original manufacturer requirements and has been tested on the test bench. It is equipped with original spare and repair parts as well as NOS (New Old Stock) parts. Wear parts (distributor cap, rotor arm, control line) are not included in the price and can be purchased for an additional charge upon request.

Duration for rebuild: approx. 10-20 business days

• Disassembly and inspection
• High-temperature cleaning including ultrasonic treatment
• Glass bead blasting of the housing and attachments
• Polishing blasting
• Painting/preservation of attachments and housing in original factory paint (if applicable)

• Testing and, if necessary, manufacturing of bushings on conventional lathes and milling machines
• Honing to size
• Polishing of shafts and housing on a conventional lathe
• Replacement of all wear parts
• Reconditioning of vacuum advance unit
• Assembly and testing on the test bench up to 8,000 rpm
• Adjustment work according to manufacturer specifications
• Final measurement including acceptance protocol
