Description

This is a completely refurbished ignition distributor from Radspieler Classic GmbH.
This distributor meets all original manufacturer requirements and has been tested on the test bench. It is equipped with original spare and repair parts, as well as NOS (new old stock) parts.

Our Quality Promise: All work was performed to the highest standard by master craftsmen at our Gundremmingen, Germany location.

– Inventory including measurement on the test bench
– Disassembly and inspection
– High-temperature cleaning including ultrasonic treatment
– Glass bead blasting of the housing, attachments
– Polishing
– Painting/preservation of attachments and housing in original factory paint (if applicable)
– Chemical bath treatment
– Inspection and, if necessary, production of bushings on conventional lathes and milling machines
– Honing to size
– Polishing of shafts and housing on a conventional lathe
– Replacement of all wear parts
– Refurbishment of the vacuum advance unit
– Assembly and test on the test bench up to 8,000 RPM
– Adjustment according to manufacturer specifications
– Final measurement including acceptance protocol
