This is a fully refurbished ignition distributor from Radspieler Classic GmbH.<\/strong>
\nThis distributor meets all original manufacturer requirements and has been tested on the test bench. It is equipped with original replacement and repair parts, as well as NOS (new old stock) parts.<\/p>\n

– Inventory including measurement on the test bench

\n– High-temperature cleaning including ultrasonic treatment
\n– Glass bead blasting of the housing and attachments
\n– Polish blasting
\n– Painting\/preservation of attachments and housing in original factory finish (if applicable)
\n– Chemical bath treatment
\n– Inspection and, if necessary, fabrication of bushings on conventional turning and milling machines
\n– Precision honing
\n– Polishing of shafts and housing on a conventional lathe
\n– Replacement of all wear parts
\n– Vacuum advance unit rebuild
\n– Assembly and test bench testing up to 8,000 rpm
\n– Adjustment according to manufacturer specifications
\n– Final measurement including inspection report<\/p>\n
