Description

This is a fully refurbished ignition distributor from Radspieler Classic GmbH.
This distributor meets all original manufacturer requirements and has been tested on the test bench. It is equipped with original replacement and repair parts, as well as NOS (new old stock) parts.

Our quality promise: All work was performed to the highest standards by master craftsmen at our Gundremmingen location in Germany.

A brief summary of the work performed can be found here:

– Inventory including measurement on the test bench
– Disassembly and inspection
– High-temperature cleaning including ultrasonic treatment
– Glass bead blasting of the housing and attachments
– Polish blasting
– Painting/preservation of attachments and housing in original factory finish (if applicable)
– Chemical bath treatment
– Inspection and, if necessary, fabrication of bushings on conventional turning and milling machines
– Precision honing
– Polishing of shafts and housing on a conventional lathe
– Replacement of all wear parts
– Vacuum advance unit rebuild
– Assembly and test bench testing up to 8,000 rpm
– Adjustment according to manufacturer specifications
– Final measurement including inspection report
