NOS Shell Ignition Parts #2-300 48401 Distributor Cap

Spare part from the Shell Ignition Parts brand, from old stock. The numbers in the product name are the manufacturer’s part numbers. Before ordering, please compare the number with your original part or your parts list.

The distributor cap carries the high voltage from the ignition coil via the rotor to the individual spark plug leads. Hairline cracks, carbon tracking or burnt contacts inside the cap cause misfiring – especially in damp conditions.

We recommend replacing the distributor cap and rotor together.

NOS – New Old Stock: unused original parts from old inventory. The parts have never been fitted; packaging may show signs of storage due to age.
